One guide for every market we serve. Pick a market below to see what companies are paying for accounting and finance roles — by company size: Small (1–50 employees), Medium (51–500), and Large (500+). Most companies fall somewhere in the middle.

Every market gets its own salary sheet. Select one to jump straight to its numbers.
Compare one role across every market
Medium-company bands (51–500 employees) side by side — the fastest way to see how the same hire prices from Seattle to San Diego.
How to read this guide
Bands are base salary
Figures are annual base salary ranges in $ thousands, split by company size. Most companies are somewhere in the middle — the Medium column is the one to anchor on.
Built from real postings
The guide is built from our November 2026 salary survey of live accounting and finance postings, cross-checked against national guide data. Posted ranges for anchor roles are shown under each market’s main table. Arizona — a new market — currently tracks our published Seattle guide and localizes as Arizona postings accumulate; its tab says so plainly.
It updates as we go
This is a living guide. As new market scans come in, bands are revised role by role and new markets are added as their sheets are produced.
